Frequently Asked Questions regarding the printing of Plastic ID Cards

What material is the Printed Plastic ID Card made of?
The ID cards are made from PVC material.
What do we need to support your required artwork?
We will need your organisation’s logo preferably in Vector format (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw) or high-resolution JPEG, TIFF format (300dpi or higher). Also for Photo ID, the “head-and-shoulder” photo of the subject should be as high-resolution as possible. For multiple subjects from the same organisation, you will need to supply a spreadsheet file of the data to be printed and corresponding named Photos. A sample can be provided upon request.
How soon can the ID cards be delivered?
Once the necessary graphics, photo images, layout is obtained from the customer, we will proceed to design the artwork for the ID Card. After the customer confirms the artwork, we will schedule printing of the ID cards to delivered within three (3) business days. On special request, expedite service with charges for next-day delivery can also be arranged.
